Q - When are notices for dues sent out?
A - Generally, towards the end of June.

Q - When should dues be paid?
A - No later than 30 days after receipt of notice.

Q - What is the Association's budget year?
A - July 1st through June 30th.

Q - When is annual block party?
A - We have not had a block party in several years; if you are interested in coordinating it please let one of the board members know.

Q - If submitted, will special occasions be published in the newsletter?
A - Yes. Submit contributions to the secretary.

Q - When do I need to request approval from the architectural review committee?
A - This is explained in the covenants.
